Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of waste management products. Due to the nature of these items, please review our policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, parts, and labels intact.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been used, opened, or shows signs of contact with waste. This includes:

  • Trash Cans (once used, exposed to waste, or shows any signs of use)

  • Garbage Bags (once the box/package has been opened, or any bag removed)

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Items with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of wear

  • Garbage bag rolls that have been opened or partially used

3. Return Process for Eligible Unused Items

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

    • Trash cans must be in their original box with all protective materials.

    • Garbage bag boxes/rolls must be unopened and sealed.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For large trash cans, these costs can be significant. We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the unused item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an unused item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.

6. Missing Parts or Accessories
If your trash can arrives missing parts (e.g., lid, foot pedal, inner bucket), contact us within 7 days. We will ship the missing parts free of charge.
